The vegetable and fruit section of the market is very bad. They claim that fresh greens arrive 3 days a week and say shopping on those days. Using a tool for fruit and vegetables such as a refrigerator is not your issue
Drained pumpkin cucumbers with dried and yellowed parsley are a bad artisanal example.
