I was not at all satisfied with the service of the hairdresser named Saloon Şanel. They were never professional. I went to have an ombre done to my hair, because they worked on my hair, they put oriental drops on many parts of my clothes and because they wiped it with wet wipes, it was no longer in a condition to wear clothes. Beyond that, they did not reimburse the original brand clothing, even though it was their fault. They declared that they applied a conditioner to my hair and compensated, but this was not a method I accepted for compensation for my damage. My hair shed a lot during the process, I was surprised because there was no treatment applied to the bottoms, then when I consulted a hairdresser I trust in another city, my hair fell out in places due to the hair being kept too long. They damaged both my hair and my clothes. I will apply to the consumer committee because they did not compensate my loss. Moreover, I was not at all satisfied with the result of the procedure. Above all, their behavior was not nice at all, they are very bad in terms of customer satisfaction as they are money oriented.
