★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osmankavuncu Mahallesinde oturuyorum, mahallemize yeni açılmış olan salonunuza yeğenlerimi tıraşa götürdüm. Çok memnun kaldım. Bir bayan olarak üst katta rahatça bekleyebildim. Gerçekten mahallemize böyle konforlu bir yer çok iyi düşünülmüş, Kuaför arkadaş Hasan Beye ilgisi ve ikramlarından dolayı teşekkür ederim. Yeğenlerim tekrar tıraş olmak için gün sayıyorlar :)
I live in Osmankavuncu Neighborhood, I took my nephews to your new living room, which was opened to our neighborhood, to shave. I am very satisfied. As a lady, I was able to wait upstairs in comfort. Really, such a comfortable place for our neighborhood has been thought out very well. I would like to thank Hairdresser friend Hasan Bey for his interest and treats. My nephews are counting days to shave again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteriye saygı kesinlikle yok. Özellikle salon sahibinin ukala davranışları emri vaki konuşmaları çok dengesiz. Bir yildiz bile çok buraya verdiğiniz paranın hakkını alamıyorsunuz. Mahallede ki berberler burdan daha samimi en azından insan gibi muamele görüyorsunuz.
Absolutely no respect for the customer. In particular, the arrogant behavior of the salon owner is very unbalanced. Even one star is too much, you don't get what you pay for. The barbers in the neighborhood are more sincere than here, at least you are treated like human beings.

It's a really clean place. Also, Brother Harun and his apprentices are all sympathetic and friendly. So if you are looking for a beautiful hairdresser, go to Harun Abi ?

Salon sahibi olduğunu sandığım arkadasin müşteri ile nasıl bir diyalog kurması gerektigi hakkında iyi bir eğitim alması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Kesinlikle ve kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
Even one star is a lot of money, but unfortunately it is not possible from here. I have never seen such a disrespectful business. The prices are also quite expensive. I think that my friend, who I think is the owner of the salon, should receive a good training on how to establish a dialogue with the customer. I definitely do not recommend it.
