Derya hanımdan özellikle düz fön çekmesini istedim. “Ben beklerim sizi” dediğim halde sürekli başka personellerini yönlendirdi ve bana fönü çekende düz fön asla çekemedi. Bir düz fön çekemeyen kuaför mü olurmuş? Güleryüzle ve hoş karşılamayan dükkan sahibi mi olurmuş. Rezalet.
 My first and last visit. As soon as you entered the shop, there was not a nice welcome anyway. I specifically asked Derya to blow dry straight. Even though I said "I'll wait for you", he always directed other staff members and he could never do a straight blow dry when he gave me a blow dryer. Is there a hairdresser who can't do a straight blow dry? Would he be a friendly and unwelcoming shop owner? Disgrace.
