İzmir bombası çok taze ve lezizdi. Cheesecake bayatlamış değiştirmelerini rica ettim hemen ilgilendiler, yerine başka tatlı seçtik. Müşteri memnuniyetini önemsemeleri çok hoşuma gitti??
 Employees are friendly.
Izmir bomb was very fresh and delicious. The cheesecake was stale, I asked them to change it, they were immediately interested, we chose another dessert instead. I like that they care about customer satisfaction??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pastasını ailece çok seviyoruz, özellikle meyveli pastaları mükemmel (çikolatalı pasta seven biri olarak yazıyorum) her daim taze, çeşit çok. Geçen profiterol yedim çok güzeldi. Tek sıkıntı ne zaman gitsem içeride maskesiz müşteri var ve uyarılmıyorlar. Bıkmadan, usanmadan her gördüğümde tepki veriyorum ama nafile hep sudan bahaneler ile geçiştiriyorlar. Bizler sizlere ve diğer müşterilere saygı duyduğumuzdan içeri maskeli giriyorsak, sizlerinde maske takmaya özen gösteren müşterilerinize saygı duyup maskesiz müşteri kabul etmemeniz lazım. En azından maske takmasını rica edip 1 adet maske uzatmanız sizi batırmaz.
We love the cake as a family, especially the fruit cakes are excellent (I write as a chocolate cake lover), always fresh, lots of variety. The last time I ate profiteroles, it was very good. The only problem is that whenever I go there are customers without masks and they are not warned. I react every time I see it without getting tired of it, but in vain they always pass it off with silly excuses. Since we respect you and other customers, if we enter with masks, you should respect your customers who take care to wear masks and not accept customers without masks. At least asking him to wear a mask and extending 1 mask will not sink you.
