Cafe & restoran tarzı yerlere insanlar birbirleriyle Sosyalleşmek için gidiyor. Kimse bağırarak konuşmak zorunda kaldığı bir mekanda uzun süre kalmak istemez. Halbuki az sesli yumuşak lounge müzik çalınsa insanlar daha çok tercih eder. Işık ve ses en önemli psikolojik etmenler. Starbucs gibi mekanların başarıları bu tarz detaylardan geliyor. Buna dikkat etmeyen danışmanlık almayan işletmeler amatör yerel işletmeler olarak kalıyorlar.
