★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operatör derdini düzgün dinlemiyor, dahililere yanlış yönlendirmeler yapıyor, vatandaşa laf yetiştiriyor. Şikayet merkezi de aynı şekilde 7/24 çalışıp tek yaptıkları cimere şikayet edebilirsiniz demek. Niçin maaş alıyorlar uzmanlık alanları ney anlamak güç.
The operator does not listen to his troubles properly, misdirects internals, raises words to the citizens. The complaints center also means that you can work 24/7 and complain to the only thing they do. Why do they get a salary? Their area of expertise is hard to understand.
