Adapazarı Population Directorate is on the ground floor in the District Governorate Building. The driver's license and passports were also insufficient when they were transferred to the population. The number of staff and experienced staff is not sufficient. Guest parking is not open to everyone. The parking lot is already small.

In the passport section, there is someone walking around with a rosary in his hand. I think he is something like a civil servant, but he has a job like a headman. Although he sees how he acts in the section chief, he does not speak out. I watched in close amazement in 1 hour.
