★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otoparka gidiş sebebimiz Sakarya Zafer Anıtı ve Müzesini ziyaret etmekti.
Kurtuluş savaşının en şiddetli cephesi olan Sakarya Meydan Muharebesi'de verilen şehitlerimizi ve kahramanlıklarını unutmamak için yapılan anıt, 28 ekim 1973 yıllında ziyaretçilere açılmıştır. Anıttın gövdesi 915 rakımlı tepeden başlayıp yaklaşık 420 basamaklı merdivenle 970 rakımına kadar çıkmaktadır. Yolun her iki tarafındaki sütunlar başlangıçtan itbaren daralan merdivenli yol, sakarya zaferinin hangi koşullarda kazanıldığını simgeler. Sütun sayısı ise savaşın süresini belirtir. Müzede ise Sakarya meydan muharebesi ile ilgi fotoğraf, rölyefler ve belgeler sergilenmektedir.
 The reason we went to the parking lot was to visit the Sakarya Victory Monument and Museum.
The monument, built in order not to forget our martyrs and heroism during the Battle of Sakarya, which was the most violent front of the War of Independence, was opened to visitors on October 28, 1973. The body of the monument starts from the hill at an altitude of 915 and goes up to the altitude of 970 with a staircase of 420 steps. Columns on both sides of the road with stairs narrowing from the beginning symbolize the conditions under which the Sakarya victory was won. The number of columns indicates the duration of the war. In the museum, photographs, reliefs and documents related to the Battle of Sakarya are exhibited.
