I placed an online order through an online shopping site. I didn't know you were serving in Ankara. Since the product I want to buy is not usually available in stores, I preferred the internet. As I said, if I had known that there was a store serving in Ankara, I would have done my shopping from the store without dealing with cargo. (I stopped by the store because the shipping company damaged the product)
