Arazi eğimine oturtularak ve 3 katlı olarak yapılmış olan bu ev 2040 m2’lik bir alanı kaplamaktadır. Ev, arazi sahibi olan Çerme ailesinin büyümesine paralel olarak üç safhada tamamlanmıştır. Evi, Rafi Tomas Çerme bitirmiştir.
This house, which is the work of the Armenian architect Lole, goes out from Cumhuriyet Square towards Savurkapı, while the façade located just north of the First Street was inspired by the museum building of Şoulouse.
This house, which is built on a slope of the land and built as 3 floors, covers an area of 2040 m2. The house was completed in three stages in parallel with the growth of the Çerme family, the landowner. Rafi Tomas Çerme finished the house.
