En büyük özelliği ulaşımın kolay olması ,Emel Sevgi Taner Ilk Okulunun hemen 100 metre mesafede olması ve Muratpaşa Lisesinin de yakında olması. Ayrıca Antalya Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi ve Adliye de yürüme mesafesinde.
A beautiful but decent site of the Meltem neighborhood, even if you are one of the old houses. The most important feature is that the transportation is easy, Emel Sevgi Taner Primary School is just 100 meters away and Muratpaşa High School is close by. In addition, Antalya Training and Research Hospital and Courthouse are within walking distance.
