★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baklavaları kaliteli, lezzetli ve güzel. Midemde rahatsızlık olmasına reğmen 5 dilim yedim ve hiç rahatsız etmedi. Tavsiye ederim özellikle Antep fıstıklı.
Their baklavas are high quality, delicious and beautiful. Despite the discomfort in my stomach, I ate 5 slices and it didn't bother me at all. I recommend it especially with pistachio.

Really fresh and Sivas's best ice cream is bought from Şahin Patisserie. I only have one request, they should bring cocoa and plain cornet cones.

Oturma alanı mevcut değil. Tezgahtarlarının müşteri ile olan iletişimleri çok kötü sanki zorla çalışıyorlar. Müşteriler kendi istekleri ve ödeme işlemlerini yaptırabilmek için bayağı bir çabalaması gerekiyor...
A small, narrow patisserie. The product variety is at a normal level. Popular varieties of ice cream and bagels in the morning. The location is central, parking is a problem. They don't have services. Seating area is not available. The communication of the clerks with the customers is very bad, as if they are forced to work. Diğer ürünlerden Şarlot pastasını denedik son olarak, ancak pek memnun kalmadım, kremasında kremşanti ağırlığı çok fazla idi, hatta sanki tamamen kremşantiden yapılmış gibiydi (belki pastanın özelliği odur ama almak isteyenler önden bilsin), keki de çok iyi değildi. Fiyatı ise küçük tek kişilik şarlot pastanın 12 tl idi.
The ice cream is very good, I recommend it. Lastly, we tried Charlotte cake from other products, but I was not very satisfied. The cream was heavy in whipped cream, it even looked like it was made entirely of whipped cream (maybe that's the specialty of the cake, but those who want to buy it should know beforehand), the cake was not very good either. The price of a small single cutlet cake was 12 TL.
