★ ★ ★ ★ ★ arka blok ve ön bloktaki birçok dairenin manzarası sıfır,yarım metre balkondan denizi uzanıp görmek manzara olmamalı..en öndeki yüksek kat bir kaç daire hariç tabii...Tüm inşaat malzeme kalitesi sahil kesimine göre çok düşük,pencereler İse dar bu sebeple yatak odaları karanlık...Güzelim arsa ,projeyi yapan ellerde Değer kaybetmiş,dış cephe ise toplu konut gibi bir görsel vermiş siteye,başarısız..havuzun kapalı olması ise çok kötü ,güneşten uzakve rutubeti bol bir alan olmuş.....

Pendik high school is a site consisting of 3 blocks built on the old football field. One of the most beautiful places in terms of location. The only handicap is that it is not very close to the ferry station.

It is a beautiful site with all the features except the parking lot. The parking lot is pathetic. Especially if you are at -2 in the bidet, you can first tour the first floor through those narrow columns and then go down to the second floor. -They didn't give a direct landing to -2..
