★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir kaç kez oksijen tüpü için sipariş verdik bir sorun yaşamamıştık ancak son siparişimizde talep oluşturuldu fakat taahhüt edilen süre içerisinde teslimat yapılmadı. Ertesi gün tekrar aradık aynı şekilde durumu öğrenip dönüleceğini söylediler fakat yine hiçbirşekilde bilgilendirilme sağlanmadı. Serviste aksaklık olabilir illaki ancak takip ve bilgilendirme noktasında kimse işini umursamıyor anlaşılan. Callcenterla meşgul arkadaş o kadar ilgisiz ki yetkili telefonu istediğimde numarasını dahi doğru veremiyor.
We ordered for an oxygen cylinder a few times and we did not have a problem, but in our last order, a request was made, but the delivery was not made within the promised time. We called again the next day and they said that they would learn the situation and return, but again, no information was provided. There may be a problem in the service, but it seems that no one cares about their job at the point of follow-up and information. The friend who is busy with the call center is so uninterested that the authorized phone cannot even give his number correctly when I ask.
