Safranboluda bütün sokaklarda bütün esnaf lokum ikram ettiği için, bölgenin ünlü lokumcusundan lokum satın almadan evvel denemek istedik. Satış yapan hanımefendi beş karış suratla sanki parasıyla değil de bedava lokum istemişiz gibi zorla tattırdı lokumları. Zannediyorum korona tedbirleriyle alakalı bir durummuş. Kibar bir şekilde durumu izah etseydi anlaşıyla karşılardık, fakat üslup gerçekten çok çirkindi. Lokumları tadı ortalamaydı, fakat bir daha mümkün değil uğramam buraya.
Regardless of the flavor of the Turkish delights, I would like to say the following; there is no such trades. We wanted to try it before purchasing Turkish delight from the famous Turkish delight shop, as all the tradesmen offer Turkish delight in all streets in Safranbolu. The lady who was selling made the Turkish delight tastes by force, as if we wanted free Turkish delight instead of money. I think it is related to corona measures. If he had explained the situation in a polite way, we would have appreciated it, but the style was really ugly. The taste of Turkish delights was average, but it is not possible to stop by here again.

Prices are extremely high. The net price of Turkish delight is around 80 TL! It is not possible to pack and taste the way you like ... It is more logical to choose the competitor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buradan çifte kavrulmuş lokum aldık. Sonrada çarşının içinden bir dükkandan çifte kavrulmuş lokum aldık. Buranın fiyatı çarşının içindeki dükkanların 2 katından fazlaydı. Lokumuda çarşıdakiler kadar taze değildi.
We bought double roasted Turkish delight from here. Then we bought double roasted Turkish delight from a shop in the bazaar. The price of this place was more than twice as much as the shops in the bazaar. Turkish delight was not as fresh as the ones in the market.
