★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir gece kaldık ve danismadaki personel çok iyi ve çok ilgili. Herşeye yardımcı oldu sağolsun. Teşekkür ederiz. Apart olduğu için malzemelerle hazırlıklı gitmek gerekiyor. Temizlik de bir otele göre memnun edici. Daire olduğu için iki aile kaldık ve çokta rahat ettik.
We stayed for one night and the staff at the consultation is very good and very caring. Thanks for helping everything. We thank you. Since it is an apartment, you need to go prepared with the materials. Cleanliness is also satisfactory for a hotel. Since it is an apartment, we stayed as two families and we were very comfortable.

perfect location. It is an apartment that aims at customer satisfaction with its team that cares about cleanliness and hygiene. Compared to its peers, it is a rare accommodation center where you can safely stay with your family. If you pass through Aksaray with your family, your address should definitely be Sapphire Apart.

3+1 apartment, very comfortable and nice beds in the comfort of home, very comfortable and clean. If you are a family, I would recommend you to stay here instead of a hotel.

They have very clean and friendly staff. They have nice clean apartments as if you are staying at my own home. If you want to stay in the comfort of home, I recommend it. It is very nice

We called for booking which he confirmed and agreed about the price, as we arrived we parked in front of the hotel opposite to shop at same building which closed and yet to be rented yet he walk outside to request to change the parking to backside, as we change the parking to backside I kep the car under the light so security and safety, he return to tell that wedding ongoing and people will start to return to stay and I have to move the car for the corner for quick exist if I wish, when I saw the parking he is offering is far from light I told him that I am driving since 9am and I just arrived at your hotel 10:00PM and I am so tired I wish to sleep, he replied to me and my colleague if you will make problem leave and he left us and when I chenged the parking and return to hotel, he opened the oder yet refused to give us a room saying it's family hotel, when we asked him why you did not say so, he argued and my college told that we will complain to police, the. He call police and.. As I am explaining this how you treat visitors and guest he did not change his attitude... I don't recommend such treatment and that for I am escalating this matter awaiting manager to call and apologize
