★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno kartlarını orijinal diye 30 liraya sattılar, kartlar oldukça kalitesiz ve orijinal değil. İade için gittiğimde kabul etmediler. Merkezi arayıp bilgilendirince iade kabul ettiler. Bunu da müşteri memnuniyeti diyerek yaptılar. Alışverişten hiç memnun kalmadım.
They sold their Uno cards for 30 lira as originals, the cards are quite poor quality and not original. When I went for a refund they did not accept it. They called the center and informed them that they accepted the refund. They did this by saying customer satisfaction. I was never satisfied with the shopping.

We bought my daughter's school books and stationery. They gave 20% discount on stationery items. We are satisfied. It would be better if the staff were a little more experienced.

Even though I left my name and address information 2 weeks ago to get the book set of Erkan College, they did not give positive feedback. I don't understand why they are forced to sell you! If you can't, leave this job.
