M	Mustafa TÜRKMEN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu akşam AVM de her yer dolu olmasına rağmen buranın neden boş olduğunu anlamadık ve yine de girip bir menüye bakalım dedik,menüyü görünce oturmaya karar verdik ve kadın garsondan bir mama sandalyesi getirir misiniz diye rica ettik ama kadın garson mama sandalyesi şurada isterseniz siz alabilirsiniz diyerek bizi kibarca kovdu,hayatımda ilk defa bir garsonun mama sandalyesini siz alın deyişini gördük,sonrasinda buranın neden böyle sinek avladığını anlamış olduk,kisacasi BERBAT bir işletme!!! We didn't understand why this place was empty although everywhere in the mall was full this evening, we decided to go in and have a look at the menu, we decided to sit down when we saw the menu and asked the female waitress to bring a highchair, but the female waitress said that the highchair is here, you can buy it if you want. kindly fired him, for the first time in my life we saw a waiter say you take the highchair, then we understood why this place is so fly-catching, in short, it's a AWFUL business!!!

Özellikle ilk defa çibörek yiyen biri iseniz, bir daha asla yemezsiniz. Çiböreğe bir şans verin ve burada yemeyin. İşletme sahibi kibar biri. Ama 1 sene sonra gidip denediğimde aynı felaketi yaşadım. Kesinlikle menülerden çıkarmalılar. Geleneksel yemeğimize ayıp ediyorlar. The fast food part is very bad. Especially do not eat the buns! They give the wrongly prepared dough by specifying it in the oil. The result is a disaster. You will never eat it again, especially if you are someone who has eaten a bun for the first time. Give the buns a try and don't eat it here. The owner is kind. But when I went and tried it after a year, I experienced the same disaster. They should definitely take it out of the menus. They shame our traditional food.

Bunu Özdilek danışma ile konuştuk ve dakikalar içinde yetkili kişiler geldi, durumu açıklayarak bize müşteri memnuniyetine ne kadar önem verdiklerini gösterdiler. İyi ki geldiler, böyle lezzetlerin olduğu bir yere bir daha gelmemek bizi de üzerdi doğrusu :) I went with my wife last Friday and the flavors were amazing. However, we left unhappy as a result of the waiter's misdirection on a subject. We talked about this with Özdilek consultancy and within minutes, authorized persons came, explained the situation and showed us how much they care about customer satisfaction. It's a good thing they came, it would be a shame for us not to come to a place where such delicacies are available :)
