★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in Safa Sorgun Thermal Hotel just for the Turkish bath , Steam Room, Natural Water for the health treatment. I have been in many such places like this kind Thermal hotel but Safa Sorgun Thermal Complex is the best one I have ever been so far. I will definetely recommend this place to my relatives & friends in other cities and overseas. Everything is running professionally & smoothly inside the complex. You will have your private locker room once you get in there. You have hot water pool & cold water just very close each other like one door away. You will have steam room and spa and Turkish bath has been set traditionally. I hope to come and visit this place again with my family. Thanks for your great hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not true 5* at all. First impression is awesome, but then... Nobody speaks English, poor wifi in most of rooms, slow (badly programmed) elevators, all facilities close at 11, no regular cleaning service at rooms... No regular lighting at our room (!), only small lights. All electric equipment of your room stops working when you leave the room - even the fridge, heating, air conditioning...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with nice amenities and friendly staff. I enjoyed the breakfast and the use of the geothermal pools. The room was spacious and very well kept. It was clean and the balcony was refreshing. There was a safe, robe, tea kettle and all the standard amenities. Parking was easy and the value was superb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed one night while traveling from Amasya to Cappadocia, the only option in Sorgun. Surroundings industrial, just off the highway, not very picturesque. Property is modern and very well appointed. Lots of free parking. Check in was easy, staff spoke decent English, asked us if we were interested in having dinner buffet added to the bill. Room was very large and modern. Good amenities, robes, slippers, kettle, tea, safe. The hotel has a Turkish bath, steam room, natural pool and spa treatments available, all open during covid, but we did not use any of these services. Both the dinner and the breakfast were served buffet style with lots and lots of really good choices. Food is behind screens and staff wearing masks will serve the food you choose from the buffet. Covid protocols are good at this property.
