★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing the cooking class by Halil Vural at Foodroom, I decided to try “Sade bir Ege Mutfagi”. Absolutely delicious food by locally sourced ingredients. Everything was very fresh and so light.
When you enter the restaurant you see all freshly cooked meals for lunch. We ordered couple different meals to try different tastes. All were very delicious.
I especially enjoyed the “Barbunya with Midye”.
Also had to try the “Asure” which was very tasty!!!
I will definitely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chef Halil Vural cooks the most delicious dishes of Aegean Kitchen in Bodrum. We loved everything we tried last year and visited many times during our holiday. His restaurant was on our list this year, too. But due to sickness we couldn’t visit this year… the photos I attach are from last year, freshness of his ingredients, cooking style, use of traditional methods, beyond any experience we made at any other restaurant in Antalya, Muğla, Bodrum. For anyone interested in real good aegean food, this restaurant is a treasure.

Popular lunch spot for the office workers around, so make sure to grab a seat before 12:00. Very clean facilities. Few tables outside in the shadow
