★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabir der Immobilien Makler hat uns eine Mietwohnung gefunden, genau nach unserer Vorstellung. Super geduldig und freundlich. Unser Vermieter ist zwar sehr anstrengend, aufdringlich, unverschämt, gierig, Eckelhaft aber dazu kann der Makler nichts. Uns wurde ein Jahres Vertrag aufgeschwatzt und nun verlangen sie ständig mehr Miete. Also falls ihr einen Vertrag abschließt vergewissert euch nach der Miete nach einem jahr, explizit. Sabir hat bei allen Behörde Gängen geholfen.
Sabir the real estate agent has found us a rental apartment, exactly as we imagined. Super patient and kind. Our landlord is very exhausting, pushy, outrageous, greedy, obnoxious, but the agent can't do anything about that. We were talked into a year contract and now they are constantly asking for more rent. So if you sign a contract, make sure you explicitly after the rental after a year. Sabir helped with all authority corridors.
