My shopping with Sabah Beds dates back to 2 years ago. I slept in an Elegante model bed in a hotel where I stayed 2 summers ago and we were really pleased with my wife. As soon as I returned, I ordered from their website and I have been using it for 2 years. I am very pleased. Thinking that I should express my satisfaction, I wrote both here and on their website. I understand better now that they have been in this industry for 40 years. They really supported me in every aspect of pre-sales and after-sales. I have been using the "Elegante" model bed for about 4 years. My search for a bed continued for a very long time. Although I have tried many well-known (!) Brands, I was not satisfied with any company both before and after sales. I saw the beds for the first time in the hotel where I went to summer vacation. The bed model there was also Elegante. As soon as I returned, I visited the showrooms of the company in Maltepe. I liked both their interests and interests and their product quality. Within 3 days, the product reached my hand securely. I have been using the bed since that day (for 4 years). I think I was a little late to thank, but I still wanted to somehow share my satisfaction with everyone. As you can see from the photos, my Sabah Elegante brand upper segment 160*200 mattress, which I bought in March 2018 and whose current value is over 10 thousand TL, collapsed significantly in an average of 2.5 years after the warranty period expired. Then I contacted the company and they prepared a report that it was user-sourced by finding many excuses such as turning the classic mattress inside out, the poor quality of the batten used. As you can find in the appendix in October 2020, sponge changes were made by reflecting the repair and shipping cost to me. After an average of 1.5 years, the same collapse occurred again. I do not recommend the company to anyone. You will both give the Premium segment price and throw the mattress away in 2.5 years. Stay away!
