★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mağaza müdürü Kerim bey üründe arıza çıktığında satış öncesi verdiği sözlerin arkasında durmuyor. Şirket politikası o yönde olabilir fakat ürünü satarken gerçeğe aykırı beyanlarda bulunuyor. Sorun çıktığında da karşı tarafı dinlemeden hareket ediyor.
Mr. Kerim, the store manager, does not stand by his promises before the sale when there is a malfunction in the product. The company policy may be in that direction, but it makes false statements while selling the product. When a problem arises, he acts without listening to the other side.

Kutusunda duruyordu. 1 ay içinde saati değiştirmeye gittiğimde buranın müdürü saat kullanılmış üstünde çizikler var dedi ve ürünü değiştirmedi. Takmadığım bir ürünün çizilemeyeceğini söyledim ama o ısrarla değiştiremeyeceğini belirtti. İnternet yorumlarında saatvesaatin çok kez saatleri çizik sattığını ve değişim zamanında gidilse bile değiştirilmediğini okudum. Siz siz olun uzak durun buradan. İşportacılar bile buradan daha fazla güvenilir.
My wife bought a Fossil brand FFS5346 watch from here on 27.07.2021 as a wedding gift. I have never used the watch. It was in its box. When I went to change the watch in 1 month, the manager of this place said that the watch was used and there were scratches on it and did not change the product. I said that a product that I did not wear can not be scratched, but he insisted that he could not change it. I read in the internet comments that the watch and the watch often sell the watches with scratches and they are not changed even if they go at the time of change. You guys stay away from here. Even hawkers are more reliable than here.
