When I went, they greeted me well, they said they were good at their job, so I had the procedure done, I knew it was crusting, I knew it was normal, this continued for two weeks, after the crusts fell off, there were burn marks where the needle went in, and my neck was peeling in the form of an irritated wound. I contacted the person who did the operation for the situation, even though I never insulted him or made a wrong statement, they said that such a thing would not happen to clean themselves, even if I went to the doctor, they said that he would laugh at me because of this situation and they hung up on me. In response, I went to the doctor, he said that these spots were due to the procedure and that there were burns and irritation in the area, and he wrote a cream and told me to go to the prosecutor's office for a criminal complaint. I called the hall again and tried to talk, they hung up on me again, I am the victim, I am the one who encountered them. I faced disrespect and victimization, instead of dealing with it, the phone was always turned off in my face. I have made a complaint to the necessary places and I will not shut up against this disrespect and insults against me until it is necessary. Based on my experience, my advice to you is that you don't waste your money by going here, no one wants to harm their skin, I wouldn't want to face such a result, I faced both bad results and these ugly behaviors.
