The exercise that is done for 2-3 hours in other gyms takes 25 minutes here, it is very effective. You both get rid of your pain and lose weight. Thank you S-FIT
E	Ebru E Diker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EMS ile tanışalı epey zaman oldu ama bugüne kadar yaptığım sporun aslında tam olarak EMS olmadığını S Fit Konyaaltı ve Hakan hocam sayesinde öğrendim.Tertemiz bir mekan, tek kişilik ve hijyenik soyunma kabinleri, en fazla iki kişi ile spor yapma imkanı, kişiye özgü ve sürekli değişen dinamik bir antrenman, kıyafetlerin tertemiz olması ve anında dezenfekte edilmesi, güler yüz ve profesyonel hizmet ve daha sayamadığım pek çok özelliği ile diğer tüm salonları geride bırakıyor.EMS’yi ucuza yaptıran salonların hijyene asla önem vermediklerini,art arda aynı kıyafeti defalarca giydirdiklerini ve 5-6 kişiye aynı anda antrenman yaptırdıklarına şahit olunca artık ucuzu değil kaliteyi tercih etmek gerektiğini düşünüyorum.Hakan hocama ve kurum sahibi İrina hanıma teşekkür ediyorum. It's been a long time since I met EMS, but I learned that the sport I have been doing so far is not actually EMS, thanks to my instructor S Fit Konyaaltı and Hakan. A clean place, single and hygienic dressing cabins, the opportunity to do sports with a maximum of two people, personal and constantly changing. It surpasses all other salons with a dynamic training, clean and instant disinfection of clothes, smiling face and professional service and many other features that I can't count. The salons that make EMS cheap never give importance to hygiene, they wear the same clothes repeatedly and 5- When I witness that they train 6 people at the same time, I think that quality should be preferred instead of cheap. I would like to thank my teacher Hakan and the owner of the institution, Irina.

Bana ilk defa sporu sevdiren bir yer buldum, daha da bırakmam :)) ??❤️ With the professional support of my teacher, Hakan, I got the physique I wanted in 2 months. It is a very effective alternative to the gym for people who do not like gyms and want to lose weight and gain muscles during a 25-minute training. And one of the advantages of this place is having maximum two clients at a time. Both coaches are very good! With a good sense of humour and motivated :)
