Buna rağmen beni hiç dinlemeden saçımın dipleri de dahil hepsini koyu kahverengiye (neredeyse siyah) boyadılar, ki kullandıkları şeye boya demeye ben bile utanırım, o kadar kalitesiz ki saçlarım semsert oldu ve çok yıprandı. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum, mahvettiler saçlarımı.. I wanted the blonde parts of my hair, whose bottoms are auburn and ends are yellow, to be dyed the same auburn color without touching the bottoms, I said it should not be too dark. Despite this, they dyed all of my hair dark brown (almost black), including the roots, without listening to me, which I'm ashamed to call dye for what they use, so poor quality that my hair became saggy and very worn. I never recommend, they ruined my hair..
