 You do not wait in line as there are 2 machines available, hot water is constantly available, the hall is quite adequate and the teachers are very interested, I definitely recommend it, I started getting results in 1 month.

In addition to my childhood in this hall, I am sure that it will make you feel at home, be it the teachers or the hall, and I can say without exaggeration that there are very few halls with such attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came for a holiday in antalya looking for some grappling/ wrestling classes specifically, spoke with the team at Runner fitness club, they advised me about the mma class they run and I could attend it, wow what a session great intense warm up into good techniques for mma whilst working with my partner, I was made to feel very welcome by the coach and the owner of the gym. The students were very good and friendly no ego/attitude.
The gym it self has a great free weight Section upstairs and downstairs/showers/changing rooms/ 2 x martial arts rooms, one with a 14ft boxing ring. Definitely worth a visit if your close to the area I took a taxi which was a 30 min journey but was well worth it ?? thank you RFC!!
