★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 Şubatta verdiğimiz sipariş 29 Şubatta yanlış gönderildi. (Masa yüksekliği, cam kalınlığı, takımın modeli, kumaş tipi ve rengi tamamen hatalı geldi.) Ilk başta hatalı ürün gönderildiği kabul edildi. Daha sonrasında 2,5 ay boyunca hatanın düzeltileceği söylenerek oyalandık. Fatura verilmedi. Aradığımız zaman telefonlarımız asla açılmadı. Şubelerine tekrar gittiğimizde de kesinlikle muhatap bulamadık. Farklı telefon numaralarından aradığımızda ya çeşitli bahaneler söylendi ya da sürekli tarafımıza yalan ve yanlış konuşmakla ithamlarda bulunuldu.
ASLA TAVSİYE ETMİYORUM !!!!!!!!!
Şu anda da hakkımızı yasal yollarla aramakla uğraşıyoruz.
The order we placed on February 15 was incorrectly sent on February 29. (Table height, glass thickness, model of the suit, fabric type and color came completely wrong.) At first it was accepted that the wrong product was sent. Afterwards, we were distracted by saying that the error would be corrected for 2.5 months. No invoice was issued. Our phones were never opened when we called. When we went back to their branches, we certainly did not find interlocutors. When we called from different phone numbers, we were either told various excuses or accused us of lies and misrepresentation.
I NEVER RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!
We are currently struggling to seek our rights legally.

Bize telefonda 350 tl denmesine rağmen, eve gelen taşımacının elinde 400 tl nakliye ücreti yazıyordu. Sorunca ise 350 tl dedik ama nakliyatçı az buldu dediler. Aldıktan sonra telefon ile ulaşamadık. söyledikleri günden 7 gün sonra elimize geldi ürün.
