Resepsiyonda duran bayanın kendini beğenmiş tavırları tepkisiz,tavır ,hal ve hareketleri çıkış yaparken kolay gelsin iyi günler dememize karşı yine dilsiz put gibi suspus duruşu hariç iyi otel.
 The rooms are nice, the price is eh
The smug attitude of the lady standing at the reception is unresponsive, her attitude, demeanor and movements are good, except for the mute idol-like silence that we say when checking out, have a good day. It's a good hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ankara'dan çalışmak üzere geldiğimiz Anamur'da kalmayı tercih ettiğimiz güzel otellerden en iyisiydi. Fiyatları makul. Hizmet hızlı. Kahvaltısı açık büfeydi. Yiyecekler tazeydi. Aşçı ustamızın elleri gayet lezzetliydi. Çalışanların ilgisi güzeldi. 1 kişi hariç. Kaldığımız süre boyunca herhangi bir temizlik olmadı. Ama genede kalmak için güzeldi.
It was the best of the beautiful hotels we chose to stay in Anamur, where we came from Ankara to work. Prices are reasonable. Service is fast. The breakfast was buffet. Food was fresh. Our chef's hands were delicious. Employees were nice. Except for 1 person. There was no cleaning during our stay. But overall it was nice to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel in its self is acceptable compared to the price. Clean, with a nice swimming pool and good breakfast. The problem we experienced is probably related only to one person, a lady in charge at the reception who seemed totally unable to smile, say welcome, follow up the requests(even simple) of the guests. We had a problem with the frigobar(not working and with pieces of food left by the previous guest), I asked, please, 4 times to fix it. No way.... Luckily the night-shift receptionist, Mr Ali, has been very nice and professional and fixed the issue in 5 minutes. We left 1 day in advance, didn't ask for the refund, but the management insisted to pay back. That day the Lady was at the reception and.... While giving backthe amount of money, she tried to give less than we payed.... Didn't work of course. Thank you
