سلام من الان هتل روآ هستم خییییلی هتل تمبزوشیکیه درسته که هتل سه ستاره هست ولی کیغیتش به نظر من از چهارستاره های وان خییلی بهتره وخواستم تشکر کنم از خانم نرمین که هم خانم خیییلی زیبایی هستن وهم خیلی بااخلاق هستن و دلسوزانه راهنمایی مبکنند وبا حوصله با مسافر رفتار میکنند من به دوستان این هتل رو پیشنهاد میکنم مطمئن باشید اقامت خیلی خوبی در این هتل خواهید داشت وباز هم با تشکر از رسپشن هتل نرمین خانم

واقعا هتل عالیه، تازه ساخته صبحانه عالی و متنوع، ویو رستوران خیلی خوبه طبقه آخره، فقط اتاق ها از عرض یکم کوچیکه که اونم بخاطر مزیت های زیادش به چشم نمیاد، تا میدون بش یول یه دیقه راهه و تا avm حدود یه ربع بیست دقیقه، رسپشن فارسی هم دارن، کارکنانش خیلی خوش برخوردن یه مشکل کوچیک دیگه ای که داره اینه که سرویس اتاقش ناقص بود و باید زنگ میزدیم تا بیارن، مثل فنجون یا قاشق چایخوری Really great hotel, newly built excellent and varied breakfast, very good view of the restaurant on the top floor, only the rooms are small in size, which is not visible because of its many advantages, to Bash Yool, it takes a minute and to AVM about a quarter of twenty Minutes. Otel çalışanları çok ilgili. Odalar tertemiz ve bakımlı. Tur kapsamında 2 gün kaldık 5 yıldızlı otelde olmayan kaliteyi yaşadık. Akşam yemekleri menü olarak standart çıkıyor ve mükemmel lezzetliler. Şefler harika ya da şef bilemiyorum. Lobi bar cafe son derece kaliteli dizayn edilmiş. Ama bu oteli ban ve eşime en cok sevdiren restaurant ve lobi barda çalışan Serkan Beydir. Van'ın samimi insanı çerçevesinden çıkmadan son derece kibar. Bizce samimiyeti ve nezaketi çok güzel birleştirmiş. Aradığımız samimiyeti de kibarlığı da gösterdi. Ona özel olarak teşekkür ederiz

Best hotel good service clean and reasonable

We stayed here two times and we will return for sure. The location is great. Very close to Gumhuriyate and Marash street. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s brand new hotel and is very clean. Breakfast is good. Staff are kind and helpful.

You have kind staff, but on my first stay when I went to the bathroom, even though the paper was clean, I opened it with some used toilet paper soaked in it. The next thing I asked your housekeeper was to clean the room. I informed the reception, but when I left the room and came back after 5 hours, the room had not changed, and in the case of breakfast, your breakfast is complete, but the ingredients are already fresh and no one has used them in the following days. Other breakfast items are used, such as cocoa and cheese burgers, you serve 2 models of cake at breakfast, one of which is cocoa and the other is either carrot or raisin, I noticed after eating the carrot cake that it tastes sour and after smelling it It smells very bad and it indicates the use of old materials and leftovers. Finally your hotel is clean and new.
