★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aracımla kaza yaptım, kasko şirketi bu firmaya yönlendirdi servis işçilikte sorun yok ama benden 600₺ ic dış detaylı temizlik ücreti alıp aracın içini tazyikli su ile yıkayıp tavan döşemeleri ve aracın içinden çıkmayan koku ile başbaşa bıraktılar beni. 1 senedir 4 defa gittim aracın içinin fotoğrafını çekip gönderiyorlar. Büyük ihtimal bir dahaki sefere servis müdürü ile papaz olacağız
I had an accident with my vehicle, the insurance company directed me to this company, there is no problem in service workmanship, but they charged me 600₺ interior and exterior detailed cleaning fee and washed the inside of the vehicle with pressurized water and left me alone with the ceiling tiles and the smell that did not come out of the vehicle. I went 4 times in a year, they take a picture of the inside of the car and send it. Most likely next time we'll be the service manager and the pastor.
