Kabul etmesinizde okadar yoğunlar ki umurlarında değil. Bu sebeple öncelikle yoğunda olsalar müşteri memnuniyetini ön planda tutmaları gerekir. Çünkü bu devran hep böyle gitmez. O müşteriye bir gün gelir muhtaç olursunuz
