It was pretty convenient and clean. Internet, natural gas, laundry from them. The internet is just a bit of a problem. The owner of the apartment is a smiling and very understanding person who helps in every way. I was very very satisfied. A place that I can definitely recommend for those who are looking for apartments.
There is a detail I would like to add to my comment, it is no longer just a female apartment. Men also live on the top floor.
