★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 officers are there. 1 Thai and other woman Turkish. She is arrogant and she does not listen to you at all. Ignore her do not try to be polite with her. She deserves not to be working there anyway. Not helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm in Istanbul at the moment. I needed help from the embassy. I called the number in Istanbul she said call the one in Ankara and gave me the number.
I called the Ankara and it was an automatic voice told you to send them an email or call emergency number.
I sent an email
Already a week, no one answer me.
I called the emergency number.
No one pick up?
How can it be emergency number then.
I need help here and my embassy can't even help me and don't care about anything at all.
I tried to contact on Facebook. A guy answered and asked a question and then I don't get ant message any more.
Thank you so much I already got some help from my friends in Istanbul.
Such a good country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfortunately there is no 0 star rating. i called the embassy twice to check if i can apply for tourist visa and they said yes. so i drove about 1500km to Ankara and when i got to the embassy at scheduled time they said they can't issue visas to foreign citizens visiting Turkey. I'm visiting Thailand for past 10 years, and i had visas issued in many different countries, but i have never seen such unprofessional staff.
