Die Matratzen sind gammlig und verschimmelt Blutflecken und Fäkalien Die Einrichtung ist teilweise kaputt die Sofas sind dreckig die Sanitäranlagen sind verschimmelt und überall stinkt es im Haus Raushängende Steckdosen defekter Aufzug Kindersicher und freundlich ist definitiv was ganz anderes Besser nicht buchen

Total versifft, kein Strom, kaum sauber gemacht also total unhygienisch. Die Betten sind gammlig und die Klimaanlage ist auch noch kaputt. Es stinkt auch noch fürchterlich, Bilder sind gefühlt auch fake. Bloß nicht buchen!!!

I have so much to say. In 2017, I stayed in here and had an amazing time but this year -2021, was horrible! I suggested my parents, my sister and our family friends to stay in this place and I regret that I ever mentioned their name. There were so many things that were wrong and problematic. I wish I didn’t book a non-refundable option for them so they could leave on their first day for a better place. 1- Not enough utensils to eat, 5 adults and 2 kids got only 5 forks. 2- Pool isnt working. They said these holiday flats are located within a condominium and pool is the responsibility of the condominium building management and they will fix it, but nope. After 4 nights of holidays, it was still the same and I don’t actually believe that they will ever fix it. 3- In one bedroom A/C wasn’t working, my parents called the property manager almost every day to come and fix it but nothing happened. They had to sleep without A/C. 4- Everything is worn out. Walls, sofa, doors.. Walls are in pieces, falling down.. Sofas are scratched, broken, covered up with a kitchen table cover. Doors are not closing unless you lock them. 5- When I booked this place for them, it was saying that this place had TV, when they went there they saw that there was no TV, although they brought a TV on the same day, it was an old, bulky TV. 6- Water boiler for shower is small and not enough for two bathrooms, so while showering one bathroom either freezes or boils.. Although my mom doesn’t have the necessary English skills to share this information, I do and I want everyone to know how bad this holiday was, please think twice before booking this place.
