★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En güzel özelliği güzel havası ve sakin ortamı ve muhteşem gün doğumu manzarası olan site.Sabahları güneşin doğuşunu muhteşem bir şekilde kızıllıklar arasından seyredebilirsiniz. Sitenin genel özelliklerine bakacak olursak , işçilik ve malzeme kalitesi iyi.Otopark sorunu yok. Otobüs kapının önünden geçiyor dolayısıyla toplu taşıma sorunu da yok. Kötü tarafından bakarsak kapalı otopark yok, şehre uzak. Bir eleştiri de mütahitlere, hiç Türkçe isim yok gibi Royal park olması sitenin isminin çok acı bir durum. İnsanlar siteleri özenti isimler için değil kendilerine uygun olduğu için alırlar. Malesef Niğdemizde bile bir çok sitenin adı ingilizce oldu. Mesela bu sitenin ismi Gün doğumu olsa hem daha havalı hemde bizden olurdu. Ya da yapan firmanın adı olan Huzu yapı ile ilgili bir isim .
The most beautiful feature is the site with its beautiful weather and calm environment and magnificent sunrise view. If we look at the general features of the site, workmanship and material quality is good. No parking problem. The bus passes by the door, so there is no public transportation problem. On the bad side, there is no underground car park, far from the city. One criticism is to the contractors that there is no Turkish name in the Royal park, so the name of the site is very painful. People buy sites not for wannabe names, but because they are suitable for them. Unfortunately, even in our Niğd, many sites were named in English. For example, if the name of this site was sunrise, it would be both cooler and us. Or Huzu, which is the name of the company that makes it, is a name related to the building.
