Especially since we entered the hotel, we can't thank enough Mrs. Esin, the hotel manager, who took great care of us, besides what they did for us, the hotel is very useful, especially the Ocakbasi restaurant, great food, wonderful, we thank them for everything.
M	Melek Kiran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demir’in üzerine battaniye koymuşlar adına yatak demişler asla ilgilenmiyorlar. Samsun’dan Mersin’e seyahat ettim otobüste bu kadar sırtlarım ağrımadı. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum leş gibi. Mersin royal otele yolu düşen uğramasın. Pişmanlıktır. Çok gezen biri olarak asla ama asla tercih etmeyeceğim biyerdir. They put a blanket on Demir, they call it a bed, they are never interested. I traveled from Samsun to Mersin and my back did not hurt that much on the bus. I definitely do not recommend it. Don't miss your way to Mersin Royal Hotel. It is regret. As someone who travels a lot, it is a place I would never, ever choose.

Banyo pislik içinde.havlular kullanilmis degistirilmemis kir içinde.Bu otellere neden denetim yapilmiyor anlamıyorum ki.restorant en üstkatta.Gece müzik sesinden uyumak mümkün değildi.Asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Even one star is too much. But I didn't like it at all. The entrance of the hotel has a great appeal. But the inside is deplorable. The rooms are filthy. The bathroom is filthy. Towels are used and not changed. Dirty. I don't understand why these hotels are not inspected. The restaurant is on the top floor. It was not possible to sleep because of the sound of music at night. I never recommend it.

I loved the Bo hotel. In particular, the sincerity and good manners of the employees were very high. I suggest they downsize the breakfast room chairs at the first opportunity.

Usta ve yardimcilari baya ilgili muhabbetinize eşlik bile ediyorlar. Resepsiyon ve kat Personelleri gayet yardimsever. Ancak bana mı denk geldi biiyorum ama havlu ve carsaflar eski ve kirli. Temizlik konusunda üstten temizlik yapiliyor. Odaların kaba temizligi yapiliyor ancak duvarlar leş gibi duşa kabin aynalar tablolar toz ve kir icinde. Pencerin kolu yoktu. Dusa kabinin su bataryasi bozuktu. Genel olara soyleyeceklerim bunlar. Temizlige daha fazla dikkat etseler bence gayet ideal bir otel. Tessekurler My rating for the hotel is 7. out of 10. Top floor restaurant and food only grill. Cooking and taste is very good. The master and his assistants even accompany your very interested conversation. Reception and floor staff are very helpful. But I know if it happened to me, but the towels and sheets are old and dirty. Cleaning is done from the top. The rooms are cleaned roughly, but the walls are filthy, the shower cabin, the mirrors, the tables are covered in dust and dirt. The window had no handle. The water battery of the shower cabin was broken. This is what I would say in general. If they pay more attention to cleanliness, I think it is an ideal hotel. thank you
