★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That was the worst car rental company I've experienced in my lifetime (out of ca. 40 car rentals). I asked for a baby seat and a child seat, they sent me some photos, out of which I chose both ones. When the car arrived the seats were different, they said the ones I chose are not available. They instructed me to install the baby seat forward-facing, while it was a type of seat supposed to be rear-facing. The straps were torn and hand-knotted again. We decided to drive and did for ca. 30 minutes, after which we turned back to the hotel as the seat was completely loose and by the way, not comfortable for our baby, which was crying all the time. I asked for a different baby seat and they brought me 2 different seats, neither of them suitable for a 4 months' old. We returned the car after the 1st day but they didn't want to make a full refund for the other days. By the way, the car itself (Renault Symbol) was in a bad mechanical condition, there was much leeway on the driving wheel and gearbox. On top of that, they spoke very little English. I would never recommend that company to anyone.

All in all we had a absolutely great experience.
The car we rented was very clean and in great condition.
The price offered was also very good.
