Unforgettable experience of flying in hot air balloon. Good staff. Our pilot Mr Umit was also well experienced and jovial which made our experience even better. Highly recommend.

I’d say that was the best experience of my life. The hot air balloon tour is magical, I highly recommend it. The Royal Balloon Company provided to us transportation from our hotel up to their hotel that we were welcomed for a small breakfast. I’d like to highlight about our awesome pilot Tolga, he made us comfortable and safe during the flight, explaining everything and telling us amazing stories about Cappadocia. There is no experience such as this so if you get a chance to do it!

I had never been in a hot air balloon before. To start by going to Cappadocia and riding with Kemal K. (the pilot), my only concern is now the bar is set too high for my next experience I guess I will just have to go back to Cappadocia and go back into clouds. This was the most amazing experience. Please put it on your bucket list if you have never done this.

Best company, Best Pilot, and best experience so far. My wife was afraid of heights and very nervous. However, with the smooth take of by pilot Tugrul we didn’t feel anything. He is a very high skilled pilot , and also a friendly guy. I really recommend Royal Ballon company due to their hospitality and professionalism.

We booked a balloon ride from this company. It was not a early morning, because we had children with us. Late morning they booked a flight for us. We were almost 16 people including the persons other than our family. For taking a balloon ride, you need to give them passports for insurance and other formalities. This service caters cash only. We were picked and dropped at the point by this company. The driver was cooperative and so is the person who booked ride for us. At the end, they would celebrate ? their completion of flight and offer you juice. Certificates will also be provided which you can keep as a memory. We thoroughly enjoyed the ride. It was a complete one hour ride, the views were breath taking and spectacular. If you are planning to visit Turkey, add this in your list for sure.

The hotel is superb - awesome very big rooms, good maintenance and design, very clean, with every detail and service of a 5-star hotel. Even in-room jacuzzi was there. Good breakfast in a nice big bright dining hall. Staff very attentive and professional. Have inner patio and lounge. Beer available for cheap ;-) Their baloon ride was also very well organized and fun.

One of the best experiences ever! It felt very safe the entire time and the crew and pilot are all very friendly. They pick you up from your hotel and bring you to their hotel where they serve a light breakfast and then you load onto busses and they take you out to the flight spot. We flew into a valley over the open air museum and it was so cool! Once you land they have a medal for you along with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It is worth the early wake up to see the sunrise as you ascend!
