Royal Asarlik Beach Hotel & Spa

This hotel is s****. Really no service at all. I have been at 3 stars hotels and the service was better then this. All the workers are arrogant and not kind at all. Believe me, its nothing to do with that the hotel do not live up to its 5 starts its more that all the staff in the hotel is making you angry every single day! Its not a hotel you want to spend your holiday in. Rather take a 3 stars hotel and be there at least you haven’t paid a lot of money for the worse service ever.

We liked the location and food. The service staff does a good job. The state and cleanliness of rooms and overall facilities should be improved. Sometimes it's disgusting dirty.

This hotel is quite old , the food selection not that good, the front desk staff doesn’t know how to speak proper English. We didn’t have a good sleep on their bed but I found 1 friendly F&B guy that make our dinner enjoyable.

Very good place with super friendly staff and daily night entertainment inside the hotel and they also organize trips to clubs at night. They take good care of the guests with transportation to the clubs at night. Their food is delicious and healthy. It was a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Me and my friends are currently on a holiday in Royal Arsilik. The base is pretty old and definitely needs refreshment. The food is acceptable, but overall the choice is limited to several dishes. I recommend if you are in the hotel or in the area, go for iskembe in konya restaurant, you'll eventually get tired of the mystery meat that Royal Arsilik have to offer. The staff is surprisingly unedaquet, most of them do not speak english, so if you are not familiar with turkish or russian language, you'll have to do a lot of hand signs. Not knowing english in today's world is a bit peculiar since the language is studied all across the globe and is pretty much everywhere, but what's striking here is that this is not the biggest problem in this hotel ( although for me not knowing a word of english is unacceptable in a five star hotel ) the real problem here is that the staff is a bit like police in Bulgaria- lazy, rude and almost every time completely worthless. Every day there are different and repeating problems that ocurre. The SPA is okay, although the girls that work there can be rude and act inadequate as well. There are things in this hotel, that are advertised in a way that is misleading. For example the roof bar is supposed to work 24h, but in reality there are time frames where there is a person behind it, but is not willing to pour you a drink or do anything really. And dont get me started on the alcohol? i recommend beer and raki, anything else is fake. There are no golf balls for the mini golf, the pool table is the worst i've seen in a while and smells like cats toilet, since they store the trash there, the beach is a bit disappointing but acceptable. Waffles and beer is okay? Keep in mind that that this review is written by a person that mostly goes camping...so not the most pretensious you'll meet.

The rooms are horrible and noisy, the choice of food was scarce, the so-called animators were boring, and every day there was a single game, that is, and the evening was with the same music, which was disgusting, to put it mildly. And for the staff, the rooms were clean, the waiters were polite, but the beach was disgustingly dirty, some of the staff treated them with contempt. In general, if you have stayed at this hotel, you better look for another one, because you will be very disappointed. 3 *** maximum, but no way 5 *****!

This hotel is all about false advertising. The only 5 star thing is the lobby. The staff was quite rude, and didn't know English at all which was very disappointing since you use sign language and can get very confusing. The hygiene was very bad, we had tons of hairs in our room from the previous visitors and everything except the lobby seemed very unmaintained. The comfort in the rooms was quite good. The food was plentiful but almost the same everyday except the mysterious meat which was served as main dish. In the PDF file which they give you there is information about everything in the hotel and its working hours and it is a total lie. The so called 24/7 bars closes randomly for exapmle at 21:00 pm and the bartender who is there behind the bar refuses to make you a drink. The animator was a cool guy except when i looked for him for 2 hours. Sometimes is very noisy in a very inappropriate hour. I don't think that in the future i'll visit this hotel ever again. Im FINISHed.

The sea view from the room was amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ruslan at the front desk speaks Russian and is super helpful and professional. Bad Wi-Fi in the room. Great outside of the room. Russian and English speaking folks were only on the front desk and a couple of people at bars. When you get breakfast, lunch or dinner they serve you but they speak only Turkish and we had to get just any food which looked ok by pointing on it ? Though food was good and fresh.
