Personel Animasyon yemekler Spa temizlik vs ... royal arenaya ilk gelişimiz ve sanırım daimi olucaz ... öncelikle personel öyle efendi öyle güler yüzlü ki sonuna kadar hizmet. Animasyon Cook coook iyi corona olmasına rağmen ... yemekler idare eder tek ama çok büyük bir sıkıntı ASANSOR, öyle ki odanıza bile gidip gelmek lobiye gitmek yada restoran a çıkmak için dakikalarca min 10 yada 15 dk bekliyorsunuz dile kolay 10 dk demek bekleyince anlarsınız .. personeli ve animasyon a tekrar tekrar teşekkürler
There are some things that make a hotel a hotel. Staff Animation Food Spa cleaning etc... Our first visit to the royal arena and I think we will be forever ... First of all, the staff is so gentle and friendly that they serve until the end. Animation Cook is very good although corona is very good ... the food is just but a big problem ELEVATOR, such that even going to your room, going to the lobby or going to the restaurant for minutes, you wait for min 10 or 15 minutes, it's easy to say 10 minutes, you understand when you wait.. Thanks again to the staff and animation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most dirty hotel ever. Couldn’t believe it 5 stars. We are family, took 2 rooms, and two rooms were dirty, dirty floor, garbage in bathroom, dust on bed, dirty tables and chairs. One pillow was half of it. Died mosquitoes on walls and ceiling. At night there is no workers. No one couldn’t bring fork or spoon. Worst service ever I tried in more than 25 countries. Furniture is dirty also inside room. There is no room service after 12 midnight.
