Hem Cihan Bey hem de Hatice Hanım gerek klasik gitar seçimimde gerekse alışveriş sürecimde bana fazlasıyla yardımcı oldular. Açıkçası bu denli güvenilir, ilgili, anlayışlı, yardımsever ve güler yüzlü insanlarla karşılaşmak benim adıma oldukça keyifliydi. Alışverişimi tamamladığımda bana yardıma ihtiyaç duyduğumda kendileriyle irtibata geçebileceğimi söylediler. Satın aldığım gitardan(Martinez MC-88S) oldukça memnunum. Aynı gün akşam kuzeninde iki adet iyi marka gitar olduğunu öğrenince onlardan birisini alıp Rota Müzikten aldığımız gitarı iade etmek zorunda kaldık. İade için gittiğimizde de aynı şekilde ilgili davrandı Hatice hanım. İade işlemini de hemen gerçekleştirdi. Aslında tüketici olarak iade hakkımız var tabi ki ama bir çok işletme yada firma satış esnasında gösterdiği ilgiyi iade ya da değişim sırasında göstermiyor. İşini düzgün yapan müşterisine güleryüzlü ve ilgi ile hizmet verdiğiniz için teşekkürler.
