★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiyatları indirimli gibi gösterip ama hala pahalı satan bir yer ayrıca real rossman çalışanları 4 yaşındaki kızımla gittik ve bizi göz hapsine alarak rahatsız ettiler-anlayamadik ya kızımın herhangi bir şeyi düşürüp dağıtıcanı düşündüler ya da....? Bu yaklaşımda dolayı bir daha girmeyeceğim mağazadır.
A place that shows prices as discounted but still sells expensive. Also, real rossman employees went with my 4 year old daughter and they bothered us by putting us under probation-we couldn't understand, they thought my daughter would drop anything and distribute it or....? This is a store that I will not go into again because of this approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kokuları, kokularına bakmadan almak çok saçma. Rolon falan kapağı açıp koklayamazsın, parfüm bakmaya görevli bulursan belki... Bunun dışında bir şikayetim yok. Burada değişik ürünleri bulmayı seviyorum, kampanyaları iyi oluyor.
It's ridiculous to buy fragrances without looking at their smell. You can't open the lid of a Rolon or something and smell it, maybe if you find someone in charge of perfume... Other than that, I have no complaints. I like to find different products here, their campaigns are good.

Employees are caring and friendly. I asked for help on a few issues and they were extremely interested.. I especially visit abroad to browse the food, but the discount times can be very busy.. I recommend you to go during the week..the product variety is as good as possible ??????
