We love this store. They have a little bit of everything. We particularly like their coffee beans. It is of great quality and a great price.

Best market in Turkey, so many interesting chocolates ?

Pizza is delicious although a bit too oily. Staff are friendly. Service is fast and location of the place is perfectly close to the center.

Atrociously slow service. The staff will scream at you the minute you walk in if your mask is down, but there is zero social distancing going on inside, and waiting times are forever. They gossip often with one another but aren't skilled in scanning or the use of their check out machines. Orderly lines are not enforced. Compared to Rossman's in European countries, many items have much lower quality ingredients so read the labels on the back carefully if you care about this. Prices for some things are indeed lower than in the EU but many things are also much more expensive. But for locally produced edible goods I found the prices here to be much higher than what you could get in nearby Bufes and supermarkets. This place looks like it would be more convenient if you are staying in the old town because of the location. But the shopping experience is unfortunately very bureaucratic and slow. I would tell most people to make the 3 minute extra walk to BIM if you are just trying to buy a snack or water. For this area, BIM's prices are excellent.
