- Very friendly and helpful personnel.
- Good prices.
Cons:
- Cards are not accepted, cash only (still they helped to change USD on a good rate).
- Fuel policy is "Got empty, return empty". This means you should do careful estimations about your rides or you will give them rest of fuel in tank for free. In my case we had last minute plans changed so returned them a car with 3/4 of tank full and they did not even agree to set it off towards car wash payment (the car was dirty).
- It's simple to find the banner, but not the office itself. You should go to the side entry on the left, call them using intercom (what number?) then go one floor upstairs and knock the door without any sign on it.
