The store manager Hussein, when he called, said that the installation would be completed the next day. As a result, another 5 days passed, no one from the service arrived, the store does not respond to complaints, and they refuse to return the money. Assembly technicians change the time and date of arrival at the client without notice. On January 3, we agreed with the store that the service will arrive on January 4 from 10 to 12.00. No one arrived at the appointed time, I had to call the store again, where they told me that the furniture assemblers were busy with another client and would come in the evening.
