★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Except food choice in this period of coronavirus, the staff is super helpful and friendly in Persian, Turkish and English.
Standard of the rooms is high (space and facilities). Fitted carpeted floor might be replaced by state-of-the-art flooring.
Breakfast was a good moment.
Design around a Western theme is funny.
The town is huge but this hotel is a good starting point to many places around the Van Lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had some troubles during the check-in, guys on the register desk couldn’t figure out how to find our booking and how to process our is cards. In general, the hotel looks very nice except the cigarette smell inside the room. Seems like each person who lived there smoked a lot. If we are talking about breakfast it was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Location is near shopping centers and resturants. Hotel steff are friendly and nice. Hotel has problem about hot water supply which needs to be considered. Rooms are big and clean, recommended.

Environment and rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was not good enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was big, warm and clean. The staff don’t speak much English, however they do their best to communicate everything through translators. Location is directly in the centre with many busses, taxis and restaurants nearby. Breakfast has the usual turkish variety of jams and cheeses, however they do also have some local delights. Recommended!
