The Staff is inexperienced and not hospitable at all..
The manager Ghazanfar was of low expertise and not helpful a bit...
Being a resident of Antalya.. He knew nothing about Antalya.. Whatever I asked.. He was pointless and knew nothing..
Its the responsibilty of the hotel to guide thw tourists but this man was least helpful.
Secondly,
There was pathetic WiFi service in my 4 day stay... There was literally no internet access... And I missed very important things because of this...
The TV cable also didnt work when it needed to do most...
I would definitely not recommend you to choose Roma Residence or White Star Antalya for your next visit...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing. I always fall asleep on the beds in less then 5 minutes. The staff are so helpful and friendly. It's in a good area near a coffee shop, the beach and LOTS of restaurants. I have been here 2 times and my experience here was amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff friendly and helpful, however we did not stay due to a very strong toilet odour coming from the drain holes making it not ideal to stay in. The apartment was nothing like the sample photos. Bedrooms in lower basement where the smell was even worse. Staff very cooperative and showed another available apartment however not enough to fit guests. Arranged refund very smoothly.
