The sellers are nice at the beginning, later on they just want to get rid of you, if you don't buy anything. Price starts high then lower and lower but you can find much cheaper in any other place. Don't buy at shop !!!!

Thefts.....disgusting experience...overpriced and very poor quality....they are really pushing you to purchase with unbelievable offers like,, only today,,......,, now you will get last discount from our director,,....do not believe...... REALLY SCAMS. I gave one star as it wasn't any other options but they deserve minus 5 stars...

DIASPORE / SULTANITE it is cheaper gemstone, around 20$/carat if is very clear, and naturat and no treatment. Zultanite and Csarite are the trademarked names given to the best Quality color change Diaspore that only comes from Turkey. Diaspore was first discovered in 1801 in Russia. The first discoveries where of a small amount of included material with more deposits found of facet grade material. The name Diaspore comes for the Greek word “diaspora” meaning to scatter. It was called this because of the way the gemstone seemed to scatter the light and sparkle. The originsl Diaspore has a color changing ability. Diaspore is a gemstone with a hardness of 6.5 – 7 on the MOHS scale. Since 1801 when it was first discovered there have been numerous deposits found. It can now be found in the USA (Arizona and Pennsylvania), New Zealand, Brazil, Argentina, Russia, the UK and China. You will notice that I have left Turkey off this list. The Diaspore that comes from Turkey is called Zultanite. Regarfing to this Olympia Jewellry I found most of worst copies, with bad gems, I saw many stones with bad simetry like emeralds, saphires or rubies. Do not buy the gems [saphires, emeralds, ruby, tanzanite, turmaline] more than 2ct without certifications, but they do not have these Never buy the diamonds more than 0.30ct without certification [GIA, HGL, ICI] because you will buy nothing. I do not reccomending this shop.

People don't even think to buy something from this store or another Olympia store. Visiting this store was the worst experience i had in Turkey during my 10 days vacation. Everything is overpriced and a poor quality of jewelry. Unfortunately i bought a gold with zultanite jewelry set for my wife. The price started at 2000+ $ and the seller reduced the price to 1700$ like a gift. I managed to negotiate from a cosmical price to 1000 EUR. Then the sailing person started to ask for the CC and i realized how much are they pushing you to pay / buy something without letting you to think... Finally I started to be irritated by their unprofessional manner and advised them to stop putting pressure / insist on me as this are my money and i worked for them not you. From this point he understood that or he is making me a lower offer or I will leave...I got the jewelry set for 900 EUR ( which was an acceptable price for me for the set that my wife likes) After returning from shopping i made some researches in local Turkey and other countries web stores, I realized that even after negotiating in a such disgusting manner that almost caused me nausea...I still was deceived in a turkish way. Real price of this set is around 500 EUR Selfishness, fraud and deceit are practiced by them without the reproving of conscience.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THEY SCAM PEOPLE, THEY DON’T GIVE YOU THE JEWELRY YOU BUY NOR THE COMPLETE CERTIFICATE AND DON’T DELIVER.WHEN YOU ASK FOR MONEY BACK THEY REFUSE TO GIVE IT TO YOU.BAD MANAGEMENT. DO NOT BUY.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING IN THIS SHOP! the quality of the jewelry is bay bad and the consultant s are rude and greedy. The call in not free as their website says and the shop assistant is very rude and unqualified. The silver ring with famous stone Sultanit was bought in this shop and the stone fell out 40 days after. The quality of the ring unfortunately is very bad because none of my jewelleries ever lost a stone. When we were buying it the shop assistant told about life garranty for this ring but actually no one is going to do anything. By the phone the consultant told that this cheap silver ring is not worthy of this conversation. We were going to by gold with the same stone there, but now we see the shop attitude towards a customer.

They are selling synthetic stones.Faked ones made from glass material in the labs.I hope no one else will ever buy in this shop.No wonder you cant return any of their jewellery bought.You can buy the same rings from ebay for maximum 5 dollars.Once you find nice ring they will take it to make it smaller for your finger and then they will replace it with cheap copy.We were scammed i hope someone will learn from mistake and It was TUI agency that promoted, recommended this shop,said it was very good quality shop.If anyone needs details, proof you can write me anytime i have photos, receipt.
